Minebea Intec’s servicing tool miRemote transcends geographical boundaries by using an Internet connection for direct video communication with the user. The miRemote app uses the camera of the device on which it is installed and transmits a live video feed to our servicing experts. This allows our experts to see the same thing as the user and give detailed instructions on how to solve the problem.

How does the servicing tool work?

  4. You then share the smartphone camera image and microphones with our servicing expert.
  5. Our expert will then talk you through each step, supplemented by digital icons and gestures on your mobile device display, the further error diagnosis process and other support services.
