For example, we do not have core working hours and instead we use flexitime. As a member of "Benefit at Work" (Hamburg site), we also help our employees, for example, to organise daycare for their children, to arrange care or to find a home help. It is also possible to spend some days working from home or to work part time.
Remuneration and special benefits
As a company subject to a collective agreement (metal sector), we pay holiday pay and a Christmas bonus, as well as a performance-related bonus. You receive 30 days of holiday per year.
