Metal detector Vistus® Pipeline
Vistus® Pipeline detects and removes metal contaminants in pumped viscous or liquid products. The system includes well-known Vistus® electronics, intuitive touch displays and optional interfaces for monitoring and control. Different types of separators and various connections and mounting options are available.
All detectors in the Vistus® series are based on high-quality components and a broad frequency spectrum for maximum detection performance and reliability. Dialogues tailored to different user groups ensure maximum user-friendliness and thus also enable intuitive operation. A wide range of variants and dimensions are available for individual requirements and applications, enabling precise integration into the production line. X-ray inspection for bottles, cans, jars
Minebea Intec also offers extremely versatile solutions for the inspection of packaged products. Typical tasks here are the inspection of food in cartons, boxes, bags, pouches, trays and portion packs, which can contain a variety of dry or liquid foods. Dymond systems are available with belt widths of up to 800 mm and are also suitable for multi-track applications with a maximum of eight tracks.
To complement X-ray inspection systems, Minebea Intec offers a wide range of high-speed rejection systems, certified inspection parts and SPC@Enterprise statistical process control software to enable high-performance total systems for food production. The latest developments in the side shooter segment were presented with the Dymond D and a new edition of the Dymond S for horizontal X-ray inspection. Compared to previous systems, these further developments offer the user an increase in performance for more throughput or products with higher density as well as simplified integration into production lines.
